Inquiry form instructions for use
This form is used in conjunction with our schedules page to check availability of various boats before booking, making final confirmation, and paying for the trip. This form works in a similar way to a shopping cart whereby you can add various trips to the form from different boat schedules. However, you are not purchasing anything, you are only inquiring into availability. We do not overbook liveaboard dive boats, so availablility is an important thing to check before booking and paying.
Instructions:
1) All boat schedules are located in the pop up window which opens when you click on the schedules links located throughout the Atlantis liveaboards web site. Keep that window open to check multiple trips. Simply click on the departure date of the trip you are checking and information about that trip will appear in the form. Click "add trip" to add the information to the form.
2) Add up to 12 different trips into the form. If you want to inquire about more trips, close your browser window after sending the form, then reopen it and add more trips (up to 12 per form) Use the delete button if necessary. Some boats have a choice of cabins, so please select your choice of cabin from the pull-down menu.
3) Review your trip request via the "View inquiries" link. This is your "shopping cart". Add or delete requests as you prefer.
4) Enter your name in the appropriate field, as well as your email address and a telephone number. Make sure your email address is entered correctly so we respond to your request. If you don't hear back from us within 24 hours or so, please resubmit the request making sure your email address is valid, or send us an email.
5) Press the 'send inquiry' button and if successful, you will receive a thank you message.
Please note: You are under no obligation to purchase any of these trips or items. This procedure just makes it easier for you to inquire about availability. When you confirm a specific trip, we will send you a link to a booking form where you will add more personal information such as certification level, equipment rental requested, arrival information. At that time, you will be given options for payment and sent an invoice for your booking.
