Term and Conditions

For all Liveaboard trips conducted by Atlantis Liveaboards
PRICES
- All prices are quoted in U$ dollars
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- All bank transfer charges are the responsibility of
the customer.
- Transfers to and from the Island are not included unless
quoted as including.
- Rental scuba equipment will be charged extra.
- Entry Visa (Burma Only) are not included in trip price
( 130U$ on entry in to Burma ).
SCHEDULES
- All trip schedules are subject to change without notice.
- In the interest of safety Atlantis Diving has the right
to change or cancel any trip, And cannot be held liable
for any other expenses.
- Trips will be scheduled to depart either from Phuket.
- On Similan and Burma trips you may board the boat at
Patong Beach.
- We highly recommend that all guest obtain cancellation
insurance in their home country prior to departure.
RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS
- Upon receiving a reservation request Atlantis Diving
will check the availability and status of your chosen
trip and reserve for a maximum of 10 days while in waiting
your 25% deposit. After a maximum of 10 days your reservation
will be cancelled if no deposit has been received.
- Reservations made within 60 days of scheduled departure
date are under the same conditions as above but require
a 25% deposit with full payment received within 30 days
of departure.
- Reservations made within 30 days of scheduled departure
date are required to pay in full .
- All trips are required to be paid in full (confirmed
by Atlantis Diving) before the trip departs.
- Before canceling any reservation or booking Atlantis
Diving will make every effort to contact you by phone
fax or e mail for confirmation.

CANCELLATION
- Cancellation of any trip are subject to a 25% charge
of the selling price any extra will be returned minus
any bank charges for transfer of funds.
- Cancellation with less than 30 days notice of departure
date are subject to a 75% charge of the selling price
any extra will be returned minus any bank charges for
transfer of funds.
- Cancellation with less than 14 days notice of departure
date will receive no refund.
